3M CERTIFIED GRAPHICS INSTALLER
Location: Central Florida – remote
Hours: Full-Time, 40+ hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime, occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as project needs require
Reports To: Installation Manager
What You’ll Do
- Install premium vinyl, murals, window graphics, architectural films, fleet graphics, and large-format signage to 3M standards.
- Complete complex installations at commercial, sports, university, retail, event, and customer sites nationwide.
- Install graphics on various substrates using industry best practices.
- Read shop drawings, production files, layouts, and project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for proper adhesion and durability.
- Safely operate ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and installation equipment.
- Troubleshoot field challenges while maintaining quality standards.
- Work independently or lead installation crews.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Travel as required, including overnight trips.
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
