For the 6th consecutive year, the AMI Event Team spent this past weekend in beautiful Falmouth, Massachusetts installing road race signage for 45th running of the New Balance Falmouth Road Race. Considered to be one of the premier non-marathon races in the country, the New Balance Falmouth Road Race requires a significant amount of event signage for a combination of operational, branding, and sponsorship purposes, while not overpowering the natural beauty of the race location.
Signage at the pre-race expo included sponsor signage, race day schedule banners, step and repeat backdrops, and vinyl banners for operational signage.
On-course signage included truss signage consisting of vinyl and mesh banners, additional sponsor signage, vehicle decals, street banners, and wind flag mile markers.
Signage for the post-race party and family meeting area included feather flags as operational signage marking restrooms, trash and recycling receptacles, and meet-up areas, and vinyl banners for tent sponsor signage.
We are already looking forward to taking part next year for the 46th New Balance Falmouth Road Race.
